We’re expanding our team and looking for energetic, result-driven Bench Sales Recruiters to join us!
🔎 Who Can Apply?
✔ Freshers with excellent communication skills (Mandatory)
✔ Candidates with 0–3 years of experience in Bench Sales / US IT Staffing
✔ Any Bachelor’s Degree (No specific specialization required)
✔ Must be willing to work from our Maitrivanam office location
✔ Comfortable working in Night Shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST, Monday–Friday)
💼 Key Responsibilities
• Market IT consultants on bench to Tier-1 / Prime Vendors & Direct Clients
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Consistently follow up on submissions, interviews, and closures
• Negotiate rates and coordinate interviews
• Track daily submissions and maintain performance metrics
⭐ For Experienced Candidates
• Existing connections with Layered / Prime Vendors
• Strong understanding of the US staffing life cycle
• Knowledge of tax terms: W2 / C2C / 1099
• Ability to work independently and strategically with vendors
🔎 Requirements – Freshers
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Mandatory)
✔ Strong confidence in speaking and professional conversation
✔ Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
✔ Willingness to work night shift (7 PM – 4 AM IST)
✔ Quick learner with a positive, target-driven attitude
✔ Basic knowledge of IT terms (preferred, not mandatory)
✔ Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
✔ Bachelor’s Degree (Any stream)
