Role Description
This is a full-time role. The Entrepreneurship Development Associate will work closely with women entrepreneurs to support their business growth through comprehensive program development and execution. Responsibilities include conducting market and funding research, supporting fundraising efforts, identifying resources, facilitating workshops, and enhancing stakeholder engagement through active communication and relationship management.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with entrepreneurs, mentors, and stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and research skills to assess market trends, funding opportunities, and create data-driven insights.
- Experience in fundraising initiatives and fostering partnerships for resource acquisition.
- A proactive approach, attention to detail, and a passion for empowering women entrepreneurs.
- Proficiency in project management and organizational skills will be an advantage.
- Background in business administration, economics, or a related discipline is preferred.
