Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Entrepreneurship position located in Mumbai. The selected candidate will work collaboratively to develop strategic initiatives, guide clients in legacy planning, and deliver customized solutions for estate and financial planning. The individual will also facilitate workshops on financial literacy, support value-based decision-making, and implement strategies that promote family harmony and long-term sustainability. Day-to-day tasks may also include stakeholder engagement, risk assessment, and strategic philanthropic planning.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Strategic Planning, Financial Analysis, and Risk Management
- Experience in Educational Facilitation, Financial Literacy Training, and Workshop Delivery
- Proficiency in Stakeholder Engagement and Conflict Resolution
- Knowledge of Estate Planning, Philanthropy Strategies, and Value-Based Decision Making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively in team settings and work in a client-focused environment
- Relevant experience in the financial, legal, or consulting industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field
