Title: Entrepreneurial AI Operator / VA (Work Directly With Founder)
Who this is for:
You’re not looking for a “job.” You want to learn how businesses actually work.
You’re hungry, proactive, and figure things out without being told.
What you’ll do:
- Run experiments using AI tools (ChatGPT, automation tools, etc.)
- Do market research and validate business ideas
- Coordinate freelancers and get work done fast
- Execute across multiple projects (web, marketing, operations)
- Think in outcomes, not tasks
Requirements (Non-negotiable):
- Excellent English
- Highly proactive (you don’t wait for instructions)
- Comfortable using AI tools daily
- Fast learner, resourceful
- Can work independently without constant supervision
Bonus:
- Basic tech understanding (no-code, websites, automations)
- Interest in startups / making money online
Compensation:
