Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Entrepreneur in Residence (Real Estate) based in South Delhi. The Entrepreneur in Residence will identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities in the real estate market, develop innovative growth strategies, and manage client relationships. Key responsibilities include analyzing market trends, guiding investment decisions, identifying high-yield property opportunities, and working closely with internal teams such as legal and valuation experts to provide comprehensive solutions. The individual will also play a pivotal role in business development, shaping the future trajectory of the firm's operations.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of real estate markets, including trend analysis, market research, and high-value property identification
- Proven skills in business development, strategic growth planning, and entrepreneurial thinking
- Exceptional client relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including legal and valuation specialists
- Proficiency in data interpretation and financial modeling related to real estate investments
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in luxury real estate or advisory firms is considered an advantage
