Role Overview
As an Entrepreneur in Residence at Bluorng, you will be responsible for working closely with the Founder’s Office to drive key business initiatives, turning ideas into structured action and measurable outcomes. The role focuses on taking ownership of priority projects that influence brand growth, operations, and new opportunities across the business.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Driving and scaling strategic projects across retail and e-commerce.
- Exploring new business verticals, retail formats, and brand partnerships.
- Leading execution across cross-functional teams to accelerate Bluorng’s growth.
- Working closely with the leadership team on high-impact initiatives that strengthen our long-term brand roadmap. This is a high-autonomy, high-accountability role that directly contributes to shaping the next phase of Bluorng's growth story.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years experience handling high-responsibility roles involving operations, strategy, or business leadership, preferably in fast-scaling brands, startups, consulting, or business operations roles preferred
- Awareness of how brand decisions impact customer experience and business performance
- Strong understanding of how retail, e-commerce, and brand-building works
- Strong sense of ownership over projects that do not have fixed playbooks
