The Opportunity
- We are looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence to take ownership of a strategic business vertical and shape its next phase of growth.
- This role comes with meaningful responsibility. You will own the P&L, define priorities, drive experimentation, and work across product, content, growth, and monetization to build a scalable business.
- The problem space is defined at a high level. How it evolves from here will depend on your thinking, clarity, and execution.
What You Will Do
- Own the business outcomes of the vertical
- Design and run high-quality experiments to unlock growth
- Align cross-functional teams around a clear direction
- Identify leverage across product, content, and distribution
- Build a path toward sustainable growth
You will start with shared resources and existing teams. As momentum builds, you will help define what the organization around this vertical should look like.
What We Are Looking For
- 2 to 5 years of experience in startups, product, consulting, growth, or business roles
- Strong ownership mindset and comfort with ambiguity
- Ability to think in terms of P&L, not just functions
- Bias toward action, structured thinking, and measurable outcomes
- Someone who sees constraints as part of the challenge, not a blocker
Exceptional early-career candidates can apply if they have already demonstrated unusual ownership in past work.
