We are looking for a highly driven and analytical
Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals with 2-3 years of experience who are passionate about solving business problems, driving strategic initiatives, and contributing to revenue growth through data-driven decision-making. The EIR will work closely with leadership teams to identify new business opportunities, optimize operational processes, and support strategic projects that directly impact company growth.
As an Entrepreneur in Residence, you will play a critical role in evaluating business performance, identifying market opportunities, conducting research, and supporting high-impact initiatives across strategy, operations, and revenue functions. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with analytical thinking and possesses the ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed business analysis to identify growth opportunities, operational inefficiencies, and market trends.
- Collaborate with leadership teams to develop and execute business strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Support revenue growth initiatives through market research, competitive analysis, pricing evaluations, and customer insights.
- Analyze business performance metrics and prepare actionable reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Assist in developing go-to-market strategies, expansion plans, and operational frameworks for new initiatives.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, operations, finance, and product teams to drive strategic projects and process improvements.
- Track key business KPIs and provide recommendations to improve performance and scalability.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute innovative ideas to accelerate business growth.
- Support revenue operations activities, including forecasting, pipeline analysis, and business reporting.
- Utilize analytical tools and spreadsheets to organize, interpret, and present large datasets effectively.
- Build business cases, financial models, and performance reports to support leadership decision-making.
Required Skills
Must-Have Skills
- Strong experience in Business Analysis with the ability to interpret data and generate strategic insights.
- Good understanding of Business Strategy and operational planning.
- Proven ability to contribute to Revenue Growth initiatives and business expansion strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Familiarity with Revenue Operations processes and reporting methodologies.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, and data visualization.
- Exposure to startup ecosystems, growth strategy, or business consulting environments is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in business analysis, strategy, consulting, operations, or growth-focused roles.
- Experience working in fast-paced startup or technology-driven environments is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a structured and solution-oriented mindset
