THE SHORT VERSION
You get a business to run, not a job.
We hand you WallMag's creator community and the AI agent stack. You build the Creator Agency Platform on top of it, sign the first brands, and take a quarter of the profit every month it runs.
One person. No team to manage. No team to hide behind.
THE MONEY, UP FRONT
A stipend of: ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month, based on what you have already built.
Plus 25-45% of monthly net profit. Uncapped. Paid out every month.
Most residencies pay you in paper you cannot touch for four years. This one pays cash. Profitable month means money in your account that month. Keep it or put it back into the business. Your call.
The stipend is small on purpose. The upside is where you get paid.
Equity: once the platform clears ₹1,00,000 in net profit per month for three months straight, we open a formal equity conversation. You will have already been paid on the way there.
The honest terms: the profit share runs while you run the business. Walk away and it stops. If we end it without cause, it runs six more months (after a certain decided benchmark is achieved).
WHAT YOU ARE BUILDING
A marketplace between creators and brands, built on WallMag.io.
Creators get paid work: UGC, sponsored posts, brand partnerships, ambassador deals.
Brands get a way to find, brief, and pay vetted creators without chasing DMs.
The platform takes a commission on every deal. Your job is to make deals happen.
WHAT YOU ACTUALLY DO
Ship v1 with AI agents and no-code tools. You do not need to be an engineer.
Onboard creators from WallMag's community first, then outside it.
Cold outreach to brands. Pitch. Negotiate. Close.
Run ops with agents: onboarding, briefs, follow-ups, invoicing, payouts.
Read the numbers weekly and kill what is not working.
Document how the business runs so it can be sold without you.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Month 1: platform live, 25 creators onboarded, first brand conversation.
Month 3: 10 paying brands, revenue on the board.
Month 6: repeatable pipeline, documented ops, a business someone would buy.
We will argue about these numbers on day one. Bring your own.
