About TETR
TETR is building the next generation of global business education.
Instead of traditional classrooms, our students build companies, work on real-world projects, and learn by living across multiple countries with some of the world’s most ambitious peers, founders, and operators.
We’re looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) who can operate like a founder inside the organization — someone who thrives in chaos, moves fast, solves hard problems, and can independently build high-impact initiatives from scratch.
This is not a conventional role. It is designed for people who want to build, experiment, and create meaningful impact at scale.
About the role
As a Entrepreneur in Residence/Director's office (New Initiatives), you will be responsible for building and scaling new program lines at TETR across executive education and high school summer experiences. Each program at TETR is treated as a standalone business, and this role sits at the intersection of strategy, product design, growth, and execution. You will work closely with the founders and leadership team to take programs from idea to revenue, owning their success end-to-end. This is a high ownership role designed for entrepreneurial operators who thrive in 0→1 environments and want to build impactful, global-scale education products.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Creation & Strategy: Identifying and evaluating new program opportunities by researching global trends, learner needs, and market gaps
- 0→1 Program Design: Designing differentiated, high-impact programs including curriculum, structure, pricing, and outcomes
- Go-to-Market Ownership: Defining positioning, messaging, and pricing; drive marketing initiatives across content, partnerships, and events
- Revenue Generation & Conversion: Owning program success metrics including applications, conversions, and cohort fill rates
- End-to-End Execution: Launching and managing programs across their lifecycle— from pilot to scaled cohorts
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with marketing, admissions, operations, and external experts
- Optimization & Scaling: Continuously refining programs based on feedback and performance metrics
Ideal candidate will have
- 2–6 years of experience in consulting, start-ups, or similar roles
- Experience in 0→1 or early-stage environments
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
- Exposure to global markets or education/consumer businesses is a plus
