Role Description
The Entrepreneur In Residence (EIR) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gandhidham. The EIR will work on strategic and operational initiatives to drive the company's growth, including identifying new business opportunities, overseeing product development, and expanding market presence. Responsibilities also include market research, developing scalable business models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions. This role demands a proactive approach, entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to deliver measurable results.
