Note from the Hiring Manager
This role is for someone who wants to learn how a business actually runs end-to-end.
You will work closely with me across multiple verticals: B2B, Retail, Category, Ops, and Growth, and take ownership of high-impact problem statements.
Expect ambiguity, fast execution, and steep learning.
What You Will Do
Business Problem Solving: Identify key bottlenecks across funnels (walk-ins → carts → orders → revenue) and drive solutions
Dashboarding & Analytics: Build and track metrics across functions; create visibility on performance and leakages
Execution: Work with category, sales, ops, and supply teams to implement solutions on ground
Growth Initiatives: Support and drive new experiments across B2B, retail, and category expansion
Founder’s Office: Act as a force multiplier, own projects end-to-end with high accountability
What We’re Looking For
0–2 years of experience (startup / consulting / internships preferred)
From top-tier colleges
Strong analytical thinking + structured problem solving
High ownership and execution bias
Comfortable with:
Excel / Google Sheets
SQL (can use AI to get things done)
AI tools for productivity
Ability to handle ambiguity and fast-changing priorities
Evidence of grit—you’ve tried, failed, and come back stronger
