Role Description
This is an internship role for the position of Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR), based on-site in Gurugram. The EIR will work closely with promising startups, providing mentorship to founders, supporting operational and strategic goals, and contributing to the design and execution of the entrepreneurial curriculum. Responsibilities will include organizing and leading workshops, assisting participants in business model creation, facilitating investor relations, and driving key initiatives to enhance the overall program experience. The EIR will also play a critical role in fostering a collaborative and innovative environment for the cohort.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in Startup Ecosystems, Business Development, and Market Analysis
- Proven experience in Mentorship, Strategic Planning, and Launching Ventures
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Collaboration skills
- Passion for Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Coaching Emerging Leaders
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram for the duration of the program
- Experience in venture building or supporting early-stage startups is a plus
- MBA, or equivalent, with a background in business, entrepreneurship, or related disciplines
