About the Opportunity
We are building GBS Learning as a next-generation Learning Experience Platform (LXP) focused on industry-aligned certifications, applied learning, and talent deployment.
This is not a conventional job.
This is a build-and-scale mandate for a Product Platform Owner (PPO) who can operate like a founder and drive end-to-end growth.
Role Overview
As an Entrepreneur-in-Residence / Director of Practice, you will take full ownership of product, operations and growth strategy—with a clear pathway to CEO-level leadership.
You will be responsible for transforming GBS Learning into a revenue-generating, scalable EdTech ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and launch the LXP platform (MVP → scale)
- Drive revenue generation through courses, certifications, and partnerships
- Design learning pathways aligned with industry demand
- Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies
- Onboard institutions, trainers, and ecosystem partners
- Establish operational systems, automation, and user experience frameworks
- Position the platform competitively against players like Unacademy and BYJU’S through niche specialization
90-Day Performance Challenge (Mandatory)
This role begins with a 90-day validation phase.
Expected outcomes:
- Functional LXP MVP launched
- ₹1–3 Lakhs initial revenue achieved
- 50–100 users (paid/pilot) onboarded
- 2+ partnerships (institutions/trainers) established
- Defined and executed GTM funnel
*Performance during this phase determines role continuation and growth path
Growth Path
- 0–3 Months: EIR-PPO (Validation Phase)
- 3–12 Months: Director-of-Practice (Ops + Growth Ownership)
- 12+ Months: CEO – GBS Learning (Performance-based progression)
Compensation Structure
- Revenue Share: Up to 20% (performance-linked)
- Equity: 5–15% (milestone-based vesting)
- Strategic Role: Founder-track opportunity within GBS ecosystem
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in EdTech / LXP / platform building
- Proven execution in 0→1 or 1→10 growth environments
- Strong product + business strategy mindset
- Experience in stakeholder onboarding and partnerships
- Ability to operate with high ownership and accountability
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven, entrepreneurial setup
Engagement Terms (Key Conditions)
- Initial engagement under a 90-day performance contract
- Equity and incentives tied to milestone achievements
- High autonomy with structured governance
- Non-performance may lead to role restructuring or exit
