Role Summary
Dr. Morepen Home is hiring a founder-like operator to build new B2B and membership-led healthcare verticals. The EIR may start with one priority vertical, and expand into one or more additional verticals once the first motion is validated.

This role is for someone who wants ownership, not instructions.
The person will not be expected to build every vertical at once. They will begin with the highest-priority opportunity, prove the model, close early partnerships, create the playbook, and then help scale or expand into adjacent verticals.

The Verticals This Role May Own
• Senior Care Living
Partner with real estate developers where they build the property and DMH powers the healthcare and assisted care layer.
• Hospital Partnerships
Build post-discharge and post-operative care pathways with hospitals, surgeons and discharge teams.
• Corporate Healthcare Centers
Power on-site medical rooms, employee health programs, vaccinations and preventive care for corporates and GCCs.
• University & School Health Centers
Upgrade campus medical rooms into professionally managed doctor-led health centers.
• Annual Health Memberships
Create family, senior care and community membership programs for proactive healthcare at home.
What You Will Own
- Start with one priority vertical, or one primary vertical plus one adjacent opportunity if there is clear traction.
- Define the offering, buyer persona, pricing, pitch, commercial model and go-to-market approach.
- Build target account lists and lead senior-level conversations with relevant decision-makers.
- Close the first pilots, paid accounts, LOIs or strategic partnerships.
- Work with medical, operations, HR, finance, branding and product teams to launch pilots safely and reliably.
- Track pipeline, meetings, proposals, revenue, partner feedback and operational gaps.
- Convert early learnings into pitch decks, pricing sheets, SOPs, sales scripts, dashboards and playbooks.
- Help hire or train a focused sales team once a vertical is validated.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of experience in startups, consulting, healthcare, B2B partnerships, enterprise sales, real estate, hospitals, education partnerships, employee benefits or new business launches.
- Founder-like ownership with comfort building from ambiguity.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable selling to senior decision-makers and managing long-cycle strategic conversations.
- Commercially sharp, with the ability to create pricing, partnership structures and revenue models.
- Can independently create decks, proposals, sales scripts, account lists and execution plans.
- Willing to do both strategy and field execution.
- Prior healthcare experience is preferred but not mandatory if the candidate is sharp, structured and execution-oriented.
Who This Role Is Not For
- Someone who only wants a ready-made product and fixed sales script.
- Someone who only wants strategy and does not want to close meetings or revenue.
- Someone uncomfortable with ambiguity, fieldwork, iteration or founder-level ownership.

Preferred: I will figure out the product, sharpen the pitch, close the first few clients and then build the system.
First 90-Day Mandate
Days 1-15 | Understand & Choose
Understand DMH services, operations, pricing and existing leads.
Select one priority vertical to begin with, based on revenue potential, founder priority and market readiness.
Days 16-30 | Package & Pitch
Define the first vertical clearly: offering, buyer, pricing, pitch deck, proposal format, target list and outreach plan.
Days 31-60 | Meet & Test
Run meetings, test positioning, capture objections, send proposals, refine commercials and identify serious pilot opportunities.
Days 61-90 | Close & Systemize
Close first pilots or partnership conversations, document learnings, identify operational gaps and recommend whether to scale this vertical or add the next one.
What Great Looks Like in 6 Months
- 1 priority vertical validated with clear pitch, pricing, target accounts and service model.
- 1 additional vertical explored if the first motion is stable or if founder priority requires it.
- 30-60 qualified accounts mapped across selected verticals.
- 20-40 senior stakeholder meetings completed.
- 3-6 serious pilots or partnership conversations in progress.
- 1-3 signed partnerships, paid pilots or high-quality LOIs.
- First revenue or strong revenue pipeline generated.
- A repeatable playbook created for the next sales or partnerships hire

Compensation Structure
- Fixed monthly compensation based on experience and ability to independently build.
- Performance-linked variable tied to pilots, signed partnerships, revenue and recurring revenue.
- Additional upside for high-value strategic partnerships or a validated new business line.
