Role OverviewWe are looking for high ownership Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) candidates who will work directly with the leadership team to build and scale the Enterprise Sales function at Dr. Morepen Home.
This is a 0→1 builder role, not a traditional sales or account management role.
The EIR will identify high-potential enterprise opportunities, build strategic partnerships, launch new business initiatives, and create scalable growth playbooks for enterprise healthcare partnerships.
You will design the GTM approach, test strategies, execute independently initially, and eventually help build scalable systems and teams.
This role is ideal for candidates who want to build and scale healthcare business verticals from the ground up.
What You Will Do1. Build Enterprise Partnerships (0→1)Identify and build strategic enterprise partnerships across:
● Corporates & employee wellness programs
● Senior living communities
● Insurance & healthcare partners
● Healthcare institutions & clinics
● Wellness and healthcare platforms
● Channel and referral partnerships
You will experiment with and scale the most effective enterprise acquisition channels.
2. Drive Strategic Business DevelopmentYou will identify, approach, and onboard partnerships with:
● Enterprise clients
● Healthcare providers
● Institutional partners
● Wellness ecosystems
● Corporate HR & leadership teams
● Channel and referral networks
Your goal will be to create long-term, scalable healthcare partnerships.
3. Solve Real Business & Operational ProblemsWork closely with operations, clinical, and leadership teams to solve challenges such as:
● Enterprise onboarding workflows
● Partner coordination systems
● Service delivery alignment
● Patient/customer experience journeys
● Operational scalability
● Revenue growth opportunities
You will design solutions and build scalable execution playbooks.
4. Launch Growth ExperimentsLaunch and test initiatives such as:
● Enterprise outreach programs
● Strategic partnership campaigns
● Corporate wellness initiatives
● Referral and channel partner programs
● Community engagement initiatives
● New healthcare service pilots
You will experiment with different approaches to identify scalable growth models.
5. Build the Playbook for ScaleOnce successful strategies are identified, you will:
● Design enterprise sales workflows
● Build repeatable partnership models
● Structure enterprise onboarding systems
● Create scalable GTM processes
● Help scale partnerships across multiple cities and segments
6. Work Directly with FoundersYou will work closely with the leadership team on:
● Enterprise growth strategy
● Partnership building
● Operational execution
● New business initiatives
● Scaling healthcare access systems
This role provides deep exposure to building and scaling a healthcare platform from the inside.
Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone who:
● Has 2+ years of experience in startups, consulting, enterprise sales, healthcare, partnerships, or business development roles
Candidates with experience in any of the following will be strongly preferred:
● Startup operator roles
● Early-stage startup environments
● Enterprise sales or strategic partnerships
● Healthcare / healthtech / wellness platforms
● B2B growth or business development roles
Ex-founders or candidates who have built initiatives from scratch are strongly preferred.
