Founder’s Office – Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR)
Mission:
Work directly with the founder to build and scale Cosma by solving high-priority business problems across growth, partnerships, product, operations, clinical ecosystem, and strategic initiatives.
What they will do (0 → 1 ownership)
1. Founder’s Office
* Work directly with founder on strategic priorities
* Drive execution of weekly business goals
* Build operating dashboards and follow-ups
* Run cross-functional projects
* Founder bandwidth expansion (execution, coordination, problem-solving)
2. Growth & GTM
* Build partnerships with fertility clinics, gynecologists, hospitals
* Explore channel partnerships
* Run experiments for D2C growth
* Build community-led acquisition
3. Product & Customer Insights
* Talk to women/patients
* Gather feedback loops
* Help refine interventions
* Market research + competitor tracking
4. Business Development
* Strategic partnerships
* Key accounts
* B2B opportunities
* Ecosystem building in fertility/femtech
5. Special Projects
* New business verticals
* Clinical pilots
* Research collaborations
