We’re looking for someone who wants to be at the center of this shift.
What (Role)
As an Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR), you will:
• Build and scale AI-driven initiatives across career guidance & placements
• Identify new opportunities using AI (products, automations, student journeys)
• Work closely with colleges to implement AI-led transformation
• Take 0→1 ideas from concept to execution
• Drive growth across new and existing verticals
How (Execution)
This role is for builders.
You’ll thrive if you:
• Understand and actively use AI tools (Open AI, Gemini, automation, workflows, etc.)
• Can translate AI capabilities into real business use-cases
• Move fast — from idea → pilot → scale
• Are comfortable with ambiguity and ownership
• Can work across functions (product, ops, sales)
Who should apply?
• 1–5 years experience (startup / consulting / edtech / AI-driven roles preferred)
• Strong understanding of AI tools & use-cases (mandatory)
• Experience building or working on AI-led initiatives
• High ownership mindset + problem-solving ability
• Bonus: Exposure to colleges / student ecosystem
