We are building an AI-powered platform focused on voice AI and automation systems. Our goal is to create scalable AI agents that can handle real-world business conversations and workflows.
We are looking for a former founder or builder who wants to help scale an early-stage startup and work directly with the founding team.
Role Overview
As a Founder’s Associate / Entrepreneur-in-Residence, you will work closely with the founder to help build and scale the company across product, growth, and operations. This role is ideal for someone who has previously built a startup and wants to apply that experience in a high-impact environment.
What You'll Work On
- Work directly with the founder on strategy and execution
- Help design and launch new product features and experiments
- Build and improve internal systems and workflows
- Help drive growth initiatives, partnerships, and operations
- Support product development for our AI and automation platform
Who We're Looking For
- Former startup founder or early startup operator
- Strong problem-solving and execution skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments
- Ability to move between product, tech, growth, and operations
- Highly independent and builder mindset
- Experience with AI, SaaS, or automation products
- Background in product management, engineering, or growth
- Experience raising funds or launching startups
