We are looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence (EiR) to design, build, and scale a fully AI-powered operating system for Dimois College of Business.
This role sits within the Founder’s Office and carries direct responsibility for building intelligent systems, driving automation, and ensuring real-time visibility into business performance.
The EIR will function as a system architect, operator, and decision-support layer, working closely with the founder to identify inefficiencies, eliminate manual processes, and strengthen execution across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-driven workflows across admissions, sales, student lifecycle, and internal operations
- Build and integrate automation systems using LLMs, CRM platforms, and workflow tools
- Continuously monitor business performance and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks
- Flag critical issues (“red signals”) to the founder with clear insights and recommended actions
- Develop dashboards and reporting systems to enable real-time decision-making
- Conduct regular audits of business processes to identify revenue leakages and operational bottlenecks
- Optimize systems and workflows to improve efficiency, conversion rates, and overall performance
- Support the integration of AI into student learning, including simulations and practical applications
- Contribute to training initiatives that enable teams and students to leverage AI effectively
- Work across functions and take ownership of high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment
Candidate Profile
- Strong understanding of business operations, especially sales and execution systems
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation platforms, and system integration
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional systems and workflows
- High ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and proactively
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
- Comfortable working closely with founders and operating in an unstructured environment
