The Role
We are looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence – Growth to lead franchise acquisition and market expansion.
This is not a typical sales role.
You will build the growth engine for our franchise business - from lead generation to closures and activation.
You will work directly with the founders and own end-to-end franchise sales performance.
What You Will Do
1. Lead Franchise Sales
• Drive inbound and outbound lead conversion
• Conduct discovery calls and qualify serious prospects
• Close franchise deals and manage negotiations
• Build a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads
2. Build Growth Systems
• Create and improve sales scripts, funnels, and processes
• Optimize WhatsApp, webinar, and content-driven conversions
• Track daily metrics — leads, calls, conversions, closures
• Continuously improve conversion rates
3. Webinar & Content-Led Selling
• Manage weekly franchise webinars
• Convert cold leads into warm prospects
• Use content, podcasts, and case studies to drive trust
• Build a structured lead nurturing system
4. Market Expansion
• Identify high-potential cities and territories
• Support franchise onboarding and activation
• Work closely with operations to ensure smooth handover
Who This Is For

Requirements
• 0 - 1 year's experience in sales, business development, or growth
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to handle calls, objections, and closures independently
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
