Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Entrepreneur located in New Delhi, combining in-office responsibilities with opportunities to work remotely. The Entrepreneur will play a pivotal role in designing, executing, and managing strategic initiatives that contribute to the success of women-owned businesses and professional development. Key responsibilities include developing business strategies, building partnerships, delivering workshops or programs, managing events, and identifying new opportunities for growth. The role also involves maintaining communications with key stakeholders and contributing to the organization's ongoing goals of fostering empowerment, networking, and skill-building among members.
Qualifications
- Strong business development, strategic planning, and entrepreneurial skills
- Experience with program management, project execution, and event coordination
- Effective communication skills, including public speaking and relationship building
- Creative problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities
- Proficiency in digital tools and platforms, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability to lead teams, collaborate in diverse environments, and manage multiple priorities
- Passion for women's empowerment and professional development; prior experience in non-profit or advocacy roles is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, Communications, or a related field
