Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Entrepreneur at Vestige Official Ashmita Ghoshal, located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Entrepreneur will be responsible for building and expanding a network of distributors, promoting and selling wellness products, and developing effective marketing strategies. Additional responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, fostering client relationships, mentoring team members, and driving revenue growth through collaborative efforts. Strong leadership and innovation in approaching direct selling strategies are core to this role.

₹25000 to ₹50000/month + incentive benefits
Qualifications
- Proficiency in developing marketing strategies and implementing direct sales initiatives
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and networking skills
- Ability to mentor and manage a team, and promote leadership qualities in others
- Experience in business development and identifying scalable opportunities
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Basic understanding of wellness products and the direct selling industry (preferred)
- Adaptability, teamwork, and ability to work in a highly collaborative environment
- Education in business administration, marketing, or relevant fields is advantageous
