About Channel
It is our upcoming youth entertainment channel, which is super energetic, hyper-relatable, and unapologetically Gen Z. From street conversations to pop culture, fashion, dating, trends, memes, and everything that’s “hot rn,” YUVA is your vibe-based content universe.
We are building a team that gets the youth and creates content that feels fresh, real, and fun.
Role Summary
We’re looking for a high-energy Anchor/Producer who loves being in front of the camera, talking to people, creating fun voxpop moments, and producing content that keeps Gen Z hooked.
If you're the kind of person who can hype up a crowd, turn random conversations into viral moments, and thinks in reels, not paragraphs, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Host on-ground voxpop shoots across colleges, streets, events, campuses, and youth hotspots.
- Bring high energy and personality on camera to connect with audiences.
- Ideate & script youth-focused topics, trends, Q&A segments, and fun concepts.
- Coordinate shoots, scout locations, plan questions, and manage on-ground production.
- Work closely with the creative & editing team to bring concepts to life.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for new YUVA formats & properties.
- Be the face/voice of micro-content: reels, shorts, and fast-paced digital stories.
- Represent the YUVA vibe - fun, bold, conversational, and totally Gen Z.
You Are a Good Fit If You
- Are confident on camera and love talking to strangers.
- Have vibrant screen presence + natural humor.
- Understand youth culture, trends, slang, memes, pop culture, dating, campuses, and social buzz.
- Are a quick thinker who can improvise on spot.
- Are social media obsessed (IG, YouTube, Reels, Shorts, etc.).
- Can handle basic production tasks (coordination, scripting, shoot planning).
- Thrive in fast-paced, creative environments.
- Are open to flexible hours & on-ground shoots.
Extra Points If You
- Have been a part of college media, societies, theatre, or campus fests.
- Have experience creating reels/content for personal or brand accounts.
- Are comfortable with multiple takes, retakes, and adapting on the fly.
