Job Title: Enterprise Solutions Consultant – AI SaaS
Location: Gurgaon (Hybrid – 3 Days WFO)
Experience: 2–6 Years
CTC: 20–35 LPA
About the Role:
We are looking for a customer-focused professional with experience in SaaS or AI product companies to manage enterprise accounts, drive customer success, and improve adoption, renewals, and expansion revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage enterprise and mid-market customer accounts
• Understand customer business challenges and provide AI-driven solutions
• Drive onboarding, adoption, retention, and account growth
• Work closely with product and engineering teams
• Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders
Requirements:
• 2–6 years of experience in Customer Success, SaaS Consulting, Strategic Accounts, or Solution Consulting
• Experience working with SaaS/product-based companies
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Exposure to US enterprise customers preferred
• Consulting background is a plus
• Ability to manage high-value customer accounts independently
• Startup mindset with strong ownership attitude
Preferred:
• AI SaaS/product exposure
• Enterprise account management experience
• Revenue growth and expansion handling experience
