Ideal Candidate Profile would be someone who has evolved from hands-on SAP expertise into large-scale delivery leadership. The role requires a SAP professional with extensive AMS exposure, now operating at scale as a delivery leader managing teams of 500+ associates globally.
Role:
The SAP AMS Delivery Head will lead end-to-end Application Management Services (AMS) delivery across SAP landscapes, ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and transformation outcomes.
Own and drive SAP AMS delivery across multiple clients, ensuring SLA adherence, operational efficiency, and proactive issue resolution.
Will be leading a portfolio of 600+ globally.
Own P&L for SAP AMS delivery, ensuring profitability, cost optimization, and revenue growth.
AsK:
20+ years of SAP experience with strong grounding in SAP modules and AMS delivery.
Proven track record of leading large-scale SAP AMS programs with 500+ team members.
Deep understanding of SAP AMS operating models, transition methodologies, and managed services frameworks.
Strong client-facing experience with ability to engage senior stakeholders and influence outcomes.
Exposure to automation, AI/ML, and digital transformation in AMS delivery is highly desirable.
