📣 Enterprise Salesforce Technical Architect (Solutioning)
📍 Pune
🧑 💼 15+ years overall IT (12+ years in Salesforce ecosystem preferred)
We are hiring an Enterprise Salesforce Technical Architect with solutioning and pre-sales expertise to lead large-scale digital transformation programs. The role combines deep technical architecture ownership with client engagement and CoE collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
➡️ Define enterprise architecture across core Salesforce Clouds and Agentforce platform
➡️ Lead end-to-end solution design, integration strategy, and architecture governance
➡️ Drive pre-sales activities (RFPs, estimations, demos, client presentations)
➡️ Engage with CXOs and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions
➡️ Provide technical leadership across large Salesforce programs
Required Skills
✔️ Deep expertise across core Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, etc.) and enterprise integrations
✔️ Strong hands-on experience in Apex, Lightning (LWC), APIs, integration patterns, and data architecture
✔️ Experience designing scalable, secure, multi-org enterprise Salesforce landscapes
✔️ Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
✔️ Proven pre-sales and solutioning experience
✔️ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities
