Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for an Enterprise Sales Trainee. The Enterprise Sales Trainee will be responsible for lead generation, supporting sales operations, managing client accounts, and learning effective sales strategies. Key responsibilities include identifying prospective clients, working closely with the sales team, assisting in account management tasks, and developing skills to support sales management activities. The role requires active collaboration and learning to contribute towards the company’s sales objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience or interest in Lead Generation and identifying potential business opportunities
- Understanding of Sales processes and ability to support Sales Operations activities
- Strong organizational skills for effective Account Management and client relationship building
- Enthusiasm for growing skills in Sales and Sales Management techniques
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in an on-site, team-based environment in Gurugram
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
