We are seeking a high-performing Enterprise Account Manager to join our Strategic Accounts team and drive growth by managing large enterprise relationships.
Role Overview:
This role will be responsible for driving strategic growth across the enterprise by owning key relationships, shaping complex solution-led deals, and delivering profitable revenue expansion across the region.
The ideal candidate brings deep exposure to enterprise IT infrastructure solutions, including Data Center, Network, Security, Cybersecurity, HPC, Cloud, and Managed Services within Bangalore and other regions of Karnataka.
Responsibilities:
- Must be able to own and drive revenue growth from enterprise accounts
- Drive large, multi-solution deals across Data Center, Network, Security, HPC, Cloud, and Cybersecurity portfolios
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and develop strong relationships with key decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads, etc.)
- Manage business within the designated vertical across the assigned territory to deliver profitable growth
- Identify whitespace opportunities within existing enterprise accounts
- Manage & nurture the partner ecosystem for the assigned region
- Define & implement region-specific sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes
- Manage customer expectations and contribute to achieving a high level of customer satisfaction
- Should carry good knowledge of products and services as per the company portfolio
- Strong presentation, communication, and people management skills

Ecosystem and Partner Alignment
- Leverage OEM and alliance relationships to drive co-sell opportunities
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful deal execution
- Enable structured governance across the strategic accounts.
Commercial & Operational Excellence
- Ensure profitable growth and healthy margin realization
- Oversee deal structuring, commercial negotiations, and payment cycles
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention levels
