Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Enterprise Sales Manager. In this role, the incumbent will be responsible for driving new business growth by identifying and targeting potential clients, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships to understand their needs. The candidate will have a proven track in D2C sales, achieving big sales success with exceptional communication skills, all within a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications and Skills
· Any Graduate or Post- Graduate Degree
· 4-5 years of experience in business development or logistic supply chain
· Strong communication skills with strong commercial acumen & ability to sell and interact with CXO profiles of large enterprises
· Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure
· Someone with excellent team dynamics skills & a hunter mindset
Roles and Responsibilities
· Developing and preparing a comprehensive client acquisition strategy along with a thorough understanding of sales and good negotiation ability
· Work as a solution sales expert by maintaining excellent relationships with clients. Tailor products & pitches according to their specification
· Building sales funnel, by setting up meetings with potential clients and understand their requirements and concerns.
· Nurturing the potential sales opportunities by conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
