About The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented
Enterprise Sales Manager to drive business growth by acquiring and managing enterprise clients. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in
B2B sales, enterprise account management, consultative selling, and end-to-end sales cycles. This role requires a proactive professional who can identify opportunities, build strong client relationships, and close high-value deals with corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new
enterprise sales opportunities across target industries and business segments.
Manage the
complete sales cycle from lead generation, prospecting, client meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions to negotiations and closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with
enterprise clients, key decision-makers, and senior stakeholders.
Drive new business acquisition while also growing and nurturing existing enterprise accounts.
Understand client business needs and offer suitable solutions aligned with company offerings.
Work closely with internal teams such as
pre-sales, operations, and customer success to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
Prepare and deliver compelling
sales presentations, proposals, and business pitches.
Negotiate commercial terms and close deals to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Develop strategic account plans for key clients to maximize long-term business opportunities.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular updates on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
Monitor industry trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of experience in
Enterprise Sales / B2B Sales / Business Development.
Proven experience in handling
end-to-end sales cycles and closing enterprise-level deals.
Strong background in
new client acquisition, account management, and consultative selling.
Ability to engage with
CXOs, business heads, procurement teams, and senior decision-makers in corporate organizations.
Excellent
communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of
solution selling and enterprise relationship management.
Ability to manage
long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders effectively.
Strong commercial acumen and target-driven mindset.
Proficiency in
CRM tools, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and sales reporting.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in selling to
large corporates, enterprise clients, or institutional customers.
Strong background in
strategic sales, enterprise account management, and solution-based selling.
Existing network in the
corporate/enterprise ecosystem will be an added advantage.
Self-motivated, energetic, and capable of driving high-value business opportunities independently.
