Enterprise Sales Manager - New Business
(CPaaS)
📍 Gurugram | Mumbai Onsite
Netcore is looking for a high‑impact Enterprise Sales Manager to drive new business and strategic account expansion across our SaaS Martech (Gen AI‑powered Customer Engagement) and CPaaS (SMS, WhatsApp Business API, RCS, Voice, OTT, chatbots) portfolios.
In this “hunter” role, you’ll own the North India region and sell to large enterprises in BFSI, fintech, e‑commerce, retail, travel, healthcare, and D2C sectors.
What you’ll do
- Identify, qualify, and close large enterprise logos for Netcore’s AI‑driven Martech platform and CPaaS communication stack.
- Build and influence relationships with CXOs, CMOs, CIOs, Digital Heads, and Marketing Leaders.
- Run full sales cycles: prospecting, discovery, solution design, value‑based proposals, commercial negotiation, and onboarding.
- Position Netcore as a strategic partner for Gen AI‑enabled customer journeys, personalization, retention, support automation, and high‑volume messaging.
- Scale wallet share by cross‑selling CPaaS deals and vice versa.
- Maintain an aggressive pipeline, accurate forecasts, and strong CRM hygiene in Salesforce.
What we’re looking for
- 7-12 years of enterprise B2B hunting sales in SaaS, CPaaS, telecom, or messaging.
- Proven track record of exceeding quota in complex, long‑cycle deals.
- Strong consultative and solution‑selling skills with experience selling to C‑suite and senior stakeholders.
- Understanding of SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, voice, IVR, and chat/OTT channels and their use cases in enterprises.
- Familiarity with Gen AI, personalization, CDP, and omnichannel engagement platforms is a plus.
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce), pipeline management, and forecasting accuracy.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
