🎯 Role: Enterprise Sales Manager (Founding Team)

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Enterprise Sales Manager based in CyberOne, Vashi, Navi Mumbai.
The role will lead sales initiatives, including presenting solutions to prospective clients, managing accounts, generating and qualifying leads, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks will involve overseeing sales operations, building strong client relationships, collaborating with internal teams, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
📍 Location - CyberOne, Vashi, Navi Mumbai
This is not a typical sales role. You’ll be selling a category shift (SEO → AEO) to CMOs, Digital Heads, CXOs & Marketing Agencies.
⚡ What you’ll do
- Close enterprise deals (₹25L – ₹2Cr range)
- Own full-cycle sales: outbound → discovery → demo → closure
- Sell to CXOs across BFSI, SaaS, D2C, Marketing Agencies
- Build pipeline (not just follow up on leads)
- Handle real objections:
- Work directly with founders on key deals
🧠 Who we’re looking for
- 3–6 yrs in B2B / SaaS / Enterprise sales
- Have closed ₹25L+ deals (must-have). At-least 3 enterprise customers references required
- Comfortable talking to CXOs
- Strong communicator + sharp thinker
- High ownership, low hand-holding
- Hungry to build, not just operate
- Working directly with Founders

Qualifications
- 3-6years of proven experience in Sales, including Sales Presentations and delivering compelling pitches
- Expertise in Account Management and nurturing long-term client relationships
- Strong capabilities in Lead Generation and identifying new business opportunities
- Proficiency in Sales Operations and managing the end-to-end sales process
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Familiarity with Apollo, Clay, Inorganic tools
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or Masters in Business, Marketing, or ex-entreprenuers having built startups in the past!
