Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Enterprise Sales Manager role based in Delhi NCR. The role includes responsibilities such as developing strategic sales plans, presenting value-driven solutions to prospective clients, managing key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, and generating new leads to expand the company's client base. The Enterprise Sales Manager will also oversee sales operations to achieve revenue goals and drive business growth within the region.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales, Sales Presentations, and crafting tailored strategies for client engagement
- Experience in Account Management and fostering long-term relationships with clients
- Proficiency in Lead Generation techniques to identify and engage potential clients
- Familiarity with Sales Operations to efficiently manage processes and achieve revenue targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business administration, or a relevant field is preferred
- Experience in the Healthtech/Healthcare, Insurtech would be preferred.
