Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven enterprise sales closer who can convert qualified opportunities into signed enterprise contracts.
You will work closely with the CEO, inside sales team, and solution architects to close deals for the SUSAN privacy platform.
This role focuses on commercial negotiations, enterprise deal closing, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Deal Closing
Lead commercial discussions with enterprise prospects
Convert product demos and qualified leads into signed contracts
Drive deals through procurement, legal, and approval processes
Pipeline Ownership
Manage qualified opportunities generated by the inside sales team
Track deal progress and maintain a healthy pipeline
Commercial Negotiation
Lead pricing discussions and contract negotiations
Structure SaaS licensing agreements and enterprise subscriptions
Stakeholder Engagement Build relationships with decision-makers including:
CIO / CTO
CISO
Chief Data Officer
Legal and Compliance Heads
Revenue Targets
Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
Maintain strong deal conversion and closing ratios
Required Experience
5–10 years of enterprise B2B sales experience
Proven track record of closing enterprise technology or SaaS deals
Experience selling to senior decision makers
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Preferred Background
Experience selling solutions related to:
Cybersecurity
Data privacy
Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
Enterprise SaaS platforms
Compensation
Base Salary: ₹10,00,000 per year
Commission: Attractive commission on closed deals
