Job Title: ERP Sales Manager
Location: Malad West, Mumbai
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven ERP Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts for ERP and CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business, building strong client relationships, and positioning our solutions as strategic tools for business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for ERP & CRM solutions across industries
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and market research
- Understand client requirements and propose customized ERP/CRM solutions
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demos to decision-makers
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, implementation, support) for seamless delivery
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- 3–8 years of experience in Concept sales
- Strong understanding of ERP systems
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients
- Familiarity with industries like Manufacturing, BFSI, Retail, or Services is a plus
