About the Role:
We are looking for energetic and driven Field Sales Executives who are passionate about on-ground sales, business development, and relationship building. This is a high-ownership, on-field role where you’ll be the face of the company — meeting prospects, conducting cold calls, visiting offices, and driving business growth directly from the field.
Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct door-to-door visits and office gate-crashing to introduce and pitch company products/services.
● Generate new business opportunities through cold calls, referrals, and field networking.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and decision-makers.
● Understand customer needs, demonstrate solutions, and handle objections effectively.
● Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and report performance metrics to management.
● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
Who We’re Looking For:
● Minimum 2–3 years of experience in field sales, door-to-door sales, or B2B/B2C sales.
● Must have hands-on experience working on the ground and achieving challenging targets.
● Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
● Self-motivated and target-driven with a “go-getter” attitude.
● Preference for candidates from startups who understand the fast-paced environment and are eager to grow with the company.
● Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
