Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Enterprise Sales Manager with strong experience in B2B sales of IT solutions and hardware products. The role involves driving revenue by acquiring enterprise clients and offering end-to-end technology solutions, including products from leading brands like HP, Apple, and Samsung.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new enterprise clients in the B2B segment
- Drive the complete sales cycle: lead generation, solution pitching, negotiation, and closure
- Sell IT products, solutions, and hardware (laptops, desktops, servers, mobility devices, etc.)
- Build strong relationships with CXOs, procurement heads, and key decision-makers
- Understand client requirements and propose customized IT & hardware solutions
- Collaborate with OEMs (HP, Apple, Samsung) and internal teams for deal execution
- Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and product offerings
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Enterprise/B2B Sales (IT products & hardware)
- Proven track record in selling enterprise solutions and hardware products
- Strong understanding of OEM sales (HP, Apple, Samsung preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience managing large accounts and long sales cycles
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Cloud, SaaS, Cybersecurity, or IT Infrastructure solutions
- Strong OEM/vendor relationship management
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- MBA or equivalent qualification (preferred)
