Role Overview
We are looking for a high-ownership, target-driven Enterprise Sales Manager who can hunt and close large accounts. This is a pure new business role, focused on acquiring enterprises and well-known brands.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Hunting & Acquisition
- Identify, target, and close enterprise and large SMB accounts
- Build pipeline through outbound efforts, networking, and references
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closure
In-Person Sales Execution
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and demos across Mumbai & Pune
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
Revenue Ownership
- Achieve and exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets
- Own complete sales funnel: lead → demo → negotiation → closure
Consultative Selling
- Understand complex business workflows and position telecrm effectively
- Work with internal teams (pre-sales / implementation) for solutioning
Requirements (Must Have)
✔ 4–8 years of experience in B2B / Enterprise Sales (SaaS preferred)
✔ Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
✔ Strong experience in hunting new accounts (not just farming)
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
✔ Comfortable with frequent travel and in-person meetings
✔ Ability to sell to CXOs and senior stakeholders
Good to Have
Experience selling SaaS products similar to
- WebEngage
- MoEngage
- LeadSquared
- Pipedrive
- Zoho CRM
- Existing network in EdTech / Real Estate / BFSI sectors
- Experience selling CRM, CPaaS, or automation platforms
