Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in Gurgaon for an Enterprise Sales Manager. The Enterprise Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic account management, generating and nurturing leads, delivering impactful sales presentations, and streamlining sales operations. The role will include building strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and representing Rathh's premium mobility services to corporate clients and decision-makers.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Presentations and strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively connect with stakeholders
- Experience in Account Management and developing long-term client relationships
- Expertise in Lead Generation and identifying new business opportunities
- Knowledge of Sales and Sales Operations to achieve and exceed performance metrics
- Proven ability to identify client needs and present tailored solutions
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
- Prior experience in the mobility, transportation, or hospitality industry is an advantage
Preferred Qualifications
- 3–8 years in B2B sales, corporate travel, hospitality, mobility, SaaS, or enterprise account management
- Existing corporate network
- Experience handling recurring enterprise accounts and relationship-driven sales
- Relevant degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
