Role OverviewWe are seeking a high-performing Enterprise Sales Manager with strong cybersecurity domain expertise to drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition and strategic account expansion. The ideal candidate will have experience selling high-value cybersecurity solutions into enterprise accounts and engaging with senior decision-makers such as CISOs, CIOs, and CTOs.
Key Responsibilities- Drive new business acquisition through prospecting, networking, and partner ecosystems
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level and senior security leaders (CISO, CIO, CTO, Head of Security)
- Understand customer challenges and position RapiFuzz solutions aligned to business and technical needs
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle: qualification, solutioning, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure
- Deliver product presentations, demos, and value articulation to enterprise prospects
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to drive deal success
- Manage and maintain account plans, territory strategies, and CRM updates (Salesforce or equivalent)
- Lead enterprise deal closures (≥ $100K) and consistently exceed revenue targets
- Coordinate Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and technical validations with internal teams
- Provide detailed handover documentation for smooth customer onboarding and implementation
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility for leadership
- Stay updated on product roadmap, market trends, and competitive positioning
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner engagements
Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity products, preferably in:
- Application Security
- Network Security
- Data Privacy
- Threat Intelligence
- Proven track record of closing large enterprise deals (≥ $100K ACV)
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies, market landscape, and buyer personas
- Experience selling into enterprise and large accounts
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce or equivalent) and MS Office
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value
- Strong collaboration skills with high ownership and accountability
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, partner engagements, and industry events
