Job Title: Enterprise Sales Manager – WiFi Testing Solutions (T&M)

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Enterprise Sales Manager with strong industry connects across Wi-Fi OEMs, ODMs, operators and test labs in India. This role is focused on driving revenue growth for advanced WiFi testing and validation solutions for customers across India, working closely with global partners and owning end-to-end sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive end-to-end sales cycles: prospecting → qualification → solution positioning → closure
- Leverage existing relationships within the Wi-Fi ecosystem to generate qualified opportunities
- Build and execute a targeted account strategy for key customers
- Position WiFi 7 test & measurement solutions aligned to customer validation and performance needs
- Work closely with Pre-Sales and partners to define winning technical and commercial proposals
- Handle commercial negotiations, pricing strategy, and deal structuring
- Drive pipeline creation, forecasting, and revenue predictability
- Represent the company in industry discussions and strategic customer engagements
Required Skills & Experience
- 7–10 years of experience in enterprise sales / solution sales within T&M domain (Telecom / Networking)
- Strong existing relationships with Wi-Fi OEMs, ODMs, operators, chipset vendors, device companies, and test labs
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals
- Solid understanding of the WiFi ecosystem and validation requirements
- Experience in selling complex technical solutions (T&M / networking / telecom)
- Ability to engage with both technical stakeholders and business decision-makers
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
