Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in generating revenue by proactively reaching out to potential customers, building relationships, and closing sales deals. Your exceptional communication skills and persuasive abilities will be instrumental in achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and lead databases. Conduct research to understand customer needs, pain points, and buying behaviors
Client Engagement: : Initiate contact with prospects and engage in consultative selling conversations. Clearly articulate product features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers. Listen actively to customer requirements and offer appropriate solutions
Build And Nurture Relationship: Regular follow-ups, timely responses to inquiries, and proactive communication.
Conduct Product Demonstrations: Demonstrate product knowledge and showcase the benefits and capabilities of our offerings through virtual presentations and product demos. Address customer concerns, objections, and questions effectively to drive customer engagement and increase sales opportunities.
Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with the outside sales team, sales managers, and other internal stakeholders to coordinate efforts and share market insights. Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline progression, and market trends
Maintain Accurate Records: Document all customer interactions, sales activities, and sales pipeline information in the CRM system. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to track performance and contribute to sales planning and strategy development
Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of market trends, competitors, and industry developments. Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills through training programs, workshops, and self-learning initiatives
