Role Overview:
We are seeking a high-performing Enterprise Sales Manager to drive strategic growth across India and the Gulf markets. The role will be responsible for expanding our enterprise footprint, leading revenue growth initiatives, and strengthening our presence within the retail and e-commerce ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the enterprise sales strategy across India and the Gulf countries.
- Drive new customer acquisition and account expansion within retail, e-commerce, and omni-channel brands.
- Build, manage, and scale relationships with CIOs, CMOs, and Digital Transformation leaders.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to refine and execute go-to-market strategies.
- Lead and mentor a growing sales team to achieve revenue and performance objectives.
- Own revenue targets, enterprise deal closures, pipeline management, and regional P&L contribution.

Required Experience:
- 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience.
- Proven track record of selling to enterprise retailers and/or large e-commerce organisations.
- Demonstrated success in closing large, multi-stakeholder, consultative SaaS deals.
- Strong network within the India and Gulf retail/e-commerce ecosystem.
- Experience navigating complex enterprise buying cycles across IT, Marketing, Digital, and Operations teams.
Preferred Experience:
- Exposure to MarTech, RetailTech, or Customer Experience SaaS platforms.
- Experience in regional market expansion or building new territories.
- Strong ability to engage with C-level stakeholders and influence digital transformation initiatives.
