Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and acquire enterprise customers across banks, fintechs, government institutions, and large corporates within Uttar Pradesh.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through proactive client engagement and market outreach.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations at customer locations.
- Drive sales for:
- Payment Cards
- NFC / QR Products
- Biometric Card Solutions
- Instant Issuance Systems
- Secure ID Solutions
- Logistics Fulfilment Services
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Prepare commercial proposals, pricing, and negotiate contracts.
- Maintain CRM updates with accurate opportunity tracking and forecasting.
- Travel extensively across Uttar Pradesh to strengthen customer relationships.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings.
- Collaborate with operations, product, and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
- Strong B2B Sales experience is mandatory
- Experience selling to Banks and Cooperative Societies
- Proven track record in technology, payment systems, secure products, or manufacturing solution sales
- Strong network and understanding of enterprise customers across Uttar Pradesh
- Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and closure skills
- Experience managing client relationships through direct engagement
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
