At Innoviti Payment Technologies, we are revolutionizing the way hospitals manage payments and reconciliation. Our UniPay solution is a game-changer for the healthcare industry, and we are looking for Enterprise Sales Managers to lead our market expansion across India.
The Role: Enterprise Sales Manager (Healthcare Tech)
We need hunters who have "walked the hospital corridors" and have a proven track record of selling high-value software solutions to the healthcare ecosystem.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive the adoption of Innoviti UniPay and integrated payment solutions within top-tier hospitals and healthcare groups.
- Leverage your existing network of hospital administrators, MDs, and finance heads.
- Work closely with HMS/HIS partners to deliver integrated, automated reconciliation value to merchants.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and value-based demonstrations to commercial closing.
Basic Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 4+ years of core Enterprise Sales experience.
- Domain Expertise: Must have prior experience selling HMS (Hospital Management System), HIS (Hospital Information System), Hospital Billing Software, or related Healthcare IT solutions.
- Network: Strong existing relationships within the hospital ecosystem in your region.
- Skillset: Exceptional negotiation skills, understanding of software integrations, and a result-oriented mindset.
