Role Overview
We are looking for a high-impact Sales / Business Development professional with
strong enterprise sales experience and deep domain expertise in Retail, Supply Chain,
or the Garment Industry. The ideal candidate is a go-getter with strong industry
connects, capable of driving new business, closing deals quickly, and
contributing directly to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end enterprise sales – from lead generation to deal closure
Leverage existing industry relationships and networks to generate new
business opportunities
Identify, pursue, and close large-value deals within Retail / Supply Chain /
Garment sectors
Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and key
stakeholders
Develop strategic sales plans to achieve aggressive revenue targets
Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions for clients
Lead client presentations, negotiations, and contract closures
Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer need to refine sales
strategies
Key Requirements
8 to10 years of experience in Enterprise Sales / Business Development
Minimum 5 years of experience in Retail / Supply Chain / Garment Industry
Strong network and connections within the industry (must-have)
Proven track record of closing deals quickly and consistently
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand complex client needs
Self-driven, highly accountable, and target-oriented
