GoodSpace.ai is looking for a sharp, hungry Enterprise Growth Manager who can open and onboard high-value companies with recurring hiring needs.
This is not a basic calling role. We need someone who can research companies, reach decision makers, understand hiring pain, negotiate commercials, and convert serious accounts into long-term clients.
What you’ll do
- Identify high-potential companies across BFSI, retail, telecom, healthcare, IT services, consumer, manufacturing, and funded startups
- Reach out to CHROs, TA Heads, HRBPs, founders, sales heads, and business leaders
- Qualify hiring needs, open roles, urgency, vendor usage, and commercial potential
- Bring valid hiring mandates and convert companies into paying clients
- Work with the recruitment team to ensure smooth delivery
- Grow repeat business from onboarded accounts
What we’re looking for
- 2–6 years of experience in B2B sales, recruitment sales, staffing, HRTech, SaaS, or enterprise BD
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
- Ability to research companies and identify “shark accounts”
- Confidence to speak with senior decision makers
- Strong follow-up discipline and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with LinkedIn, email, calling, CRM, and sales tracking

Compensation
Fixed salary + strong performance-based incentives.
