Enterprise Sales Manager – Manufacturing Digital Transformation
Industry Focus: Manufacturing (Discrete & Process)

About the Role
We are looking for a high-impact Enterprise Sales Leader with a strong background in SAP solution sales to drive strategic growth within the manufacturing sector.
This role is ideal for professionals who have successfully sold SAP S/4HANA, RISE, ECC, or SAP Cloud solutions and are now looking to expand into broader Industry 4.0, Smart Factory, and ERP-integrated digital transformation programs.
The candidate will leverage existing SAP ecosystem relationships to identify and close high-value digital transformation opportunities within manufacturing enterprises.
Key Responsibilities
· Own and drive enterprise sales across the manufacturing vertical.
· Identify digital transformation opportunities within existing SAP-based manufacturing accounts.
· Position customized digital solutions integrated with ERP landscapes.
· Engage CXOs (CEO, CIO, COO, CFO, Plant Heads) to define digital transformation roadmaps.
· Lead large deal cycles from opportunity qualification to closure.
· Collaborate with consulting and technical teams to craft tailored solution proposals.
· Expand strategic accounts and build long-term client partnerships.
· Achieve defined annual revenue targets within the manufacturing segment.
· Contribute to go-to-market strategy and vertical expansion initiatives.
What We Are Looking For
· 10+ years of enterprise IT / SAP sales experience.
· Proven experience selling SAP S/4HANA, ECC, RISE, or SAP Cloud solutions.
· Strong exposure to manufacturing industry clients.
· Track record of closing high-value enterprise deals.
· Experience engaging senior stakeholders and handling multi-layer decision cycles.
· Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (Production, SCM, Procurement, Finance, Plant Operations).
· Hunter mindset with strategic account development capability.
