Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Bengaluru for an Enterprise Sales Lead - Corporate RSU/ESOP at Borderless. The role involves driving business development by generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and managing the sales lifecycle for corporate clients. Responsibilities include overseeing sales operations, building and executing sales strategies, handling account management, and ensuring smooth integration of corporate RSU/ESOP solutions into client operations. The role offers a dynamic environment for collaboration and growth within a rapidly expanding financial technology company.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales, with a proven track record in identifying and securing new business opportunities
- 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations and Sales Management, including planning, executing, and tracking sales strategies
- Strong Account Management skills, with the ability to maintain and grow long-term client relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a results-driven approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Prior experience in financial services, fintech, or corporate RSU/ESOP solutions is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
